The House of Delegates will take place at the Leadership Congress on Sunday, August 14, and Monday, August 15, following its first meetings held virtually on Saturday, July 30, that will include national elections.

There will be no Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill in 2022 due to the election year, but state-based advocacy programming may be part of the program.

The 2022 and 2023 events will take place in Washington, D.C. also leveraging APTA's headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. Beginning in 2024, the House of Delegates will be held in the Washington, D.C. area in odd years and in other locations in even years.
